Hotplates: Eat steak for charity!

Running from 3rd – 13th February, Hot Plates will be popping-up in Shoreditch and serving cuts of steak from Smithfield Market that customers can cook directly on hotplates installed in the tables. All profits will be donated to Raise Your Hands who support small charities in the UK for children. Tickets cost £29 for three servings of steak, a side, pudding and half a bottle of wine per person. The idea was created by two friends who wanted to combine their love of food and technology, so prepare for it to be techy, and meaty.
